I think developing brains are more vulnerable and you don't need a doctor's degree to know that and younger users will have higher lifetime exposures. Most research in this area has focused on adults. I recently had a post-surgical chemo breast cancer patient who knows that her breast cancer was related to keeping her cell phone in her breast pocket while she performed massages all day. You can feel the heat from the transmitter when you hold your own phone. Those fields change our cellular signaling. If you are predisposed to cancer - "genetics is the smoking gun and environment pulls the trigger."
