In a scientific publication in JAMA: Sugar is the cause of atherosclerosis AND heart attack, NOT fats and cholesterol.
The document was a FRAUD created by the sugar industry and government. 50 years ago the Sugar Industry PAID scientists to point blame at fat leading to the proliferation of sugary processed foods and the MAJOR profits off cholesterol medications!
The government has known since the 1950's that SUGAR was the cause of atherosclerosis and Cardiovascular Heart Disease!
FAT is NOT the cause and Cholesterol is NOT the cause. This was a scam bought and paid for by the corporations and supported by government. In the 1960's the sugar industry funded research that downplayed the risks of sugar and highlighted the hazards of fat according to the JAMA article.
The article draws on internal documents to show that an industry group called the Sugar Research Foundation wanted to "refute" concerns about sugar's possible role in heart disease. The SRF then sponsored research by Havard scientists that did just that. The result were published in the in 1967with no disclosure of the sugar industry funding.
"The project wound up taking longer than expected because more and more studies were being released that suggested sugar might be linked to coronary heart disease." The result were published in the in 1967,with no disclosure of the sugar industry funding.
The sugar-funded project in question was a literature review examining a variety of studies and experiments. It suggested there were major problems with all studies that implicated sugar and concluded that cutting fat out of American diets was the best way to address coronary heart disease. The article also says that for the past five decades the sugar industry has been attempting to influence the scientific debate over the relative risks of sugar and fat.
"Early warning signals of the coronary heart disease (CHD) risk of sugar (sucrose) emerged in the 1950s. We examined Sugar Research Foundation (SRF) internal documents, historical reports, and statements relevant to early debates about the dietary causes of CHD and assembled findings chronologically into a narrative case study. The SRF sponsored its first CHD research project in 1965, a literature review published in the New England Journal of Medicine, which singled out fat and cholesterol as the dietary causes of CHD and downplayed evidence that sucrose consumption was also a risk factor. The SRF set the review’s objective, contributed articles for inclusion, and received drafts. The SRF’s funding and role was not disclosed. Together with other recent analyses of sugar industry documents, our findings suggest the industry sponsored a research program in the 1960s and 1970s that successfully cast doubt about the hazards of sucrose while promoting fat as the dietary culprit in CHD. Policymaking committees should consider giving less weight to food industry–funded studies and include mechanistic and animal studies as well as studies appraising the effect of added sugars on multiple CHD biomarkers and disease development."
We offer full Diabetes and Cardio panels free at Second Nature care. We also offer full viral panels to detect underlying causes of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. It is your genes combined with pathogens, heavy metals and inflammation that cause medical crisis events.
Let's re-evaluate your diet, exercise and sleep patterns. I start with a microbiome makeover first for cardiac patients. We make swift dietary changes because the patient does not have time to waste. I add in strategic and safe nutraceuticals which do not increase the risk of Type II diabetes. Xymogen's Cardio Essentials to lower cholesterol naturally, CinnDromX to balance blood sugar levels and N.O. max ER, a potent vasodilator to regulate healthy blood pressure.
I always check for elevated lead, mercury and other metals as they are associated with cardiovascular disease. We offer Ozone Chelation which combines the super powers of ozone and chelation to draw out elevated metals and reverse Type II Diabetes. All I.V. therapies are MD/NP ordered.
Second Nature patients take Xymogen's 5-MTHFR, Chelex, CholeRex, D3 5000, Cardio Essentials, CoMax Ubiquinol and LipiChol.
