Chemical Exposure In Pregnancy - PreConception Detox - I.V. Ozone Chelation

There's trouble ahead.  It started at conception.

Women exposed to toxic chemicals during pregnancy pass these effects onto the developing brains in their children.  These toxic chemicals have doubled over the last seven years and cause neurodevelopmental injuries ranging from attention-deficit hyperactivity, autism, dyslexia, lack of concentration and anti-social behaviors.

The usual suspects of toxic brain chemicals includes: lead, methyl mercury, arsenic, PCB's or polychlorinated biphenyls and toluene.  This is part of the list that we test patients for at Second Nature. Even when chemicals like PCB's are banned in the US they remain and get recycled into the environment for years.  New chemicals in the food chain top the list like: manganese, fluoride, tetrachoroehtylene, flame retardants and pesticides - chlorpyrifos and DDT which turns into DDE.

All of these chemicals CROSS the blood brain barrier.  Over 1000 chemicals used in lab animal studies interfere with brain functions.  We are exposed to phthalates which make plastic more flexible daily in all household products - shower curtains, flooring, cosmetics, perfumes, tubing, plastic wrap, vinyl toys, shampoo and food containers.   The impact is greatest in pregnancy, infancy and early childhood.

How do we know if a product is safe?  Environmental Working Group is a non-for-profit group that cares about your environmental exposures.  You can use their app and go to their website to get current information about chemicals in your everyday products.

We care about your child's developing brain. Second Nature patients take DFH's liquid OmegAvail Smoothie for children and Xymogen's Brain Sustain protein shakes.
