Your health begins in the gut!

Your intestinal microbiome may also play  role in the regulation of blood sugar levels according to a new Canadian study.

The study utilized participants following the DASH diet, standing for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, a diet plan originally created to help people lower blood sugar more so than to lose weight and is recommended to people with high blood pressure. It is also one of the most effective non-drug related methods to improve aspects of heart health such as lowering blood pressure. The participants in the study who also consumed probiotics showed a decrease in their blood sugar levels over a three-month period.

Although there is not necessarily causation with correlation, the gut bacteria uses a compound called butyrate which may play a role in insulin sensitivity. With higher sensitivity the body more easily absorbs sugar from the blood.

Insulin is a rescue hormone. The top inflammatory foods that demand insulin production are carbohydrates. Eat foods that are low on the inflammatory food index guide.

I recommend Xymogen's CinnDromX capsules and OptiMetabolix fast-acting shakes to stabilize blood sugar levels. Daily exercise is a must for everyone to stimulate the insulin receptors and improve the intestinal microbiome.

Order Xymogen

One of the best treatments is ozone chelation. Both therapies have been shown to reverse Type II diabetes. Chelation removes heavy metals that cause cardiovascular disease and free radical activity. Ozone kills pathogens that damage organ systems including the pancreas. The National Institutes of Health TACT Trial to Assess Chelation Therapy showed that 37% of patients with diabetes out of a total of 1700 patients had a 41% reduction in cardiac events, 52% drop in recurrent myocardial infarctions and 43% reduction of deaths. Chelation should become mainstream treatment for Type II diabetes. All Ozone therapies are MD ordered and supervised in NYS.
