Of course not. Not unless they are French. Our FDA does not warn you of a rare cancer associated with breast implants.
Let's face it. "A foreign body is always a foreign body in your body." (Dr. Isadora Guggenheim)
Weekly, we see patients with breast implants with autoimmune disease and patients who do breast explants because their implants are making them sick. Really sick. Implants are a breeding ground for toxic mold and pathogens.
Why take the chance of creating an autoimmune reaction with vanity implants?
Breast implants in France will now warn consumers after The French National Cancer Institute found a "clear link" between silicone implants and anaplastic large cell lymphoma AKA ALCL. And they are considering a general ban on silicone implants.
The cancer is rare, but who wants cancer let alone a rare one? With 80% of breast implant surgeries performed for vanity reasons and 20% for reconstruction; this is an issue. In 2014, in the US, 286,254 breast implant surgeries were performed. Now it is up to over 500,000 per year.

More about this ALCL cancer. It is rare and it is an aggressive type of non-Hodgkin's T-cell lymphoma that does affect lymph nodes, skin, bone, soft tissues, lungs and liver. This cancer only affects the breast in breast implant associated ALCL. ALCL is diagnosed in 3 in 100 million women per year in the US.
This link only calls attention to the idea of inserting foreign bodies or material in our bodies with potential repercussions. Since over 10 million women worldwide have breast implants we need to discuss body image and self-esteem issues.
Don't look to the US FDA to warn the American public because they won't. They get too much money turning a blind eye to genetically engineered foods, vaccines, pesticides, insecticides, dangerous pharmaceuticals, etc.
Breast implants are a risk factor for Covid-19.
