GMO Update

Unlike GMO foods, medical ozone is compatible with human biology. It has been proven again and again that we need oxygen in all of our cells. Do you know which human tissue requires the most oxygen?

Most answer the heart, brain or lungs. Keep reading. I'll give you the answer in a minute. Medical Ozone is not to be confused with toxic gases in the atmosphere which increase the "greenhouse effect." Even Greta Thunberg could get behind I.V. medical ozone administered appropriately.

Medical ozone can be administered via I.V intravenous., I.M intramuscular. prolozone into the joints, ozone dentistry, ozone insufflated into the eyes, ears, bladder, vagina and rectum and inhaled with specialized equipment. It is impregnated into organic olive or linseed oil and can be taken orally. Ozone is legal and will never be FDA approved as it is not patentable. It also is safe and effective. Ozone integrated into our healthcare system could change the pharmaceutical industry and patented medicines.

2020 marks the year that manufacturers have to use GMO (genetically-modified or bio-engineered foods). I tried The Impossible Burger and yes it was impossible to keep it down. My body rejected it immediately into the kitchen sink. It uses heme made from genetically modified soy hemoglobin. This soy hemoglobin which can "bleed" is not for me.

There are many questions about our brave new food. What meets the definition of GMO material and what will a label contain? New definitions can cause more confusion and manufacturers do not want to disclose ingredients if that means bigger liability.

The current standard goes like this: deliberate GMO foods have to use disclosure labels about bioengineering and products that contain 5% or more of bio-engineered material need a label, but the law leaves out meat, poultry, dairy and eggs from animals that were given genetically engineered feed. If it is less than 1% - then you don't have to disclose anything.

"We're running into somewhat of a brick wall here because implementation requires that you develop the documentation from your ingredient suppliers, and the ingredient suppliers need to provide documentation that an ingredient's been refined and does not contain detectable levels of DNA," Hahn said. "And until we can get that document from the ingredient supplier, we're not going to be, as a finished food manufacturer, in a position to be in compliance."

Where does this leave the consumer? I do not want to support a bio-engineered food industry.

I'd rather eat less and support local organic farmers.
