Avoid the flu this season!
Hey it's Winter.
If you have ever gotten the flu you probably will never forget it. The flu is the absolute worst. I had the flu in December of 2009 and I will never, ever, forget how sick I was. I was particularly upset about missing the 5th grade class snow tubing trip because of it.
The reason I got the flu that year was because a 9 year old me was terrified of getting a shot. I vividly remember screaming and crying while my mom pleaded with me and ultimately I got my way, and boy did I learn my lesson.
I never skipped the annual flu shot again. In fact, I almost couldn't wait to get my flu shot so that I could feel rest easy knowing I would not get the flu.
But I can say this year I won't be receiving it. The flu shot hijacks your immune system. It exposes you to methyl-mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, fetal monkey tissue, and viruses.
Those are not things I want being injected into my body. This year I am going to use Flu Nosode drops to safely ensure I won't get the flu but to also ensure that I am not contaminating my body.
