Leave it to the Italian researchers. They found another incredible benefit for Vitamin D.

Vitamin D is important for bone health, cancer protection, general health but now it can give you a bedroom boost.

They studied 143 men and those with severe erectile dysfunction had significantly lower levels of Vitamin D than those with mild ED. The deficiency was worse in those with plaque in the arteries. No surprise.

They used a penile echo-color-Doppler to check the blood flow quality and they found the arteriogenic or plaque formers were more common in men with vitamin D deficiency. Low levels of vitamin D was common in all erectile dysfunction patients whether they had arterial disease or not so researchers surmised that vitamin D might be involved in a mechanism that supports better blood flow.

I check Vitamin D levels on every patient at Second Nature.  All Americans have low levels of Vitamin D. The daily requirement of Vitamin D at 400 mg per day in no way will be able to correct insufficiencies or deficiencies. It is now advised to take 5000 i.u. daily to boost the levels up and then move to 2000 i.u. for maintenance.

I recommend Xymogen's soy free Vitamin D3 of 5000 i.u. daily. Let's get you on a regular order of Vit D with no consulting fees.
