Why You Want Quality Omega Supplement

There is nothing fishy about a recent Finnish study that showed a diet rich in fatty fish changed the HDL's or good cholesterol even in men and women who had elevated blood sugar levels.

LDL and HDL levels did not change, but the polyunsaturated fatty acids in the fish increased the size and number of HDL particles. Why should you care? You want large bouyant HDL particles in your blood. These particles get along well with others and move more easily through your circulatory system without causing vessels nicks associated with plaque formation. Higher HDL levels mean lower risk of cardiovascular events.

Large HDL particles functionally reversed cholesterol transport and for you that means better protection against atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries).

Fish eaten in the study included: salmon, rainbow trout and Baltic herring. Participants ate 2 to 3 servings per week.

Radiation, pesticide, viral and heavy metal contamination has become an issue with eating fish so I recommend eating safer fish when you can and taking Xymogen's Omega 820 daily.  Independently tested for several kinds of contamination, this might be the best answer for increasing your HDL particles.

Call me if you want a prescription for Xymogen's Omega supplement.
