We follow strict HIPPA guidelines with verbal consult information, electronic medical records, emails and phone calls. We do not accept text messages as they are not secure. We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties and reused without your permission.
Dr. Guggenheim is a licensed Naturopathic doctor in CT. and Vermont, a FNP or family nurse practitioner in NYS and RN registered nurse in NYS, NJ, CT AND PA. Any reference to naturopathic medicine does not apply to NY State (NYS). Dr. Guggenheim is not a licensed MD medical doctor in NYS. She is a licensed FNP family nurse practitioner which allows her to diagnosis and treat all conditions. She can order all labs, imaging, prescriptions and perform I.V. therapies and injectables. She can consult with other healthcare providers and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
New York State does not have a law licensing naturopathic physicians. ND's or naturopathic doctors can diagnose and treat diseases, but are not allowed to administer I.V. therapies in CT. Family nurse practitioners are allowed to administer all I.V. therapies, prescribe all medications and order all labs. Dr. Guggenheim follows scope of practice for her licenses held in different states.

Our Office Policies:
I don't charge a consulting fee for any client who signs up for a minimum of 3 months of prescribed supplements. Click the button to get started.
Phone consultations - For simple questions that require a few minutes discussion there is no charge. For more complex decision-making calls, the relevant rate applies.
Payment for physician or other healthcare practitioner services, dispensary cares, diagnostic tests, and all other items is required at the time of services rendered unless other arrangements have been made with the business manager. If pressing financial hardship should interfere with your ability to pay for services, please discuss this with our business manager before your initial visit. Every effort will be made to arrange a flexible payment schedule to meet your needs. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card.
Cancellations for all appointments must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Messages can be left at (845) 358-8385. If the appointment is not cancelled within this time period then you will be charged half of the fee.
