Semaglutide for Weight Loss

Have you tried to lose weight only to be frustrated by the "yo-yo" effect?

There is a safe and effective medication, SEMAGLUTIDE that can bring you weight loss you desire. It is a peptide made of a series of amino acids.

The protocol is done in 3 month increments until desired weight loss is achieved. In conjunction with a recommended diet and exercise program which will be discussed at your initial appointment, the semaglutide can significantly enhance your weight loss. You can expect to increase your weight loss by up to 15% over a 3-6-month period. Individuals who are overweight or obese and achieve weight loss of ≥5% of their initial body weight can reduce their blood pressure, LDL, triglycerides, blood sugar as well as prevent Type 2 diabetes mellitus. If you have pre- diabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, and or elevated LDL, this medication can help treat and reverse these conditions.

Most weight loss will occur within the first 6 months of your semaglutide weight loss journey. The medication is generally well tolerated and can continue to be part of your weight loss regime until your desired goal is reached.

Over your three-month protocol you will self-administer the medication once weekly with a syringe attached to a very short, thin needle, under the skin. Dr. Enzenbacher will instruct you during your first visit. The dose will be gradually increased to minimize common side effects. At your first appointment, Janis L. Enzenbacher, MD will discuss your weight loss goals and lifestyle. Your height, weight and % body fat will be recorded. Each month you will get a new supply and the measurements will be repeated to track progress. Dr. Enzenbacher may require you to receive appropriate blood work to assess you HgbA1C (blood sugar over 3 months), thyroid function tests, and lipid profile,
