If you're male and you like food spicy you might not need hormone therapy - Second Nature Care

Are you male and do you like spicy food?  Does your nose run and your eyes water because your food is so spicy?  Find out what that means . . . .

A recent study says that it's likely that you have elevated testosterone levels.  Men with the highest levels of testosterone put the most Tabasco sauce on their mashed potatoes.  I think mashed potatoes need plenty of spices.  I skip the potatoes and go for the spicest Kim Chi.

Does the same hold true for women?  We just don't know yet.

For those men who don't gravitate to South of the Border spices, we offer testosterone testing (salivary and blood baseline levels) and hormone replacement therapy.  If you like plain mashed potatoes then we need to check your hormone levels. Call us and book your comprehensive hormone consultation. Our practitioners are board-certified in hormone replacement therapy.
