Spirooli makes any vegetable into pasta.  It's magic.

The Spirooli machine is a must have piece of equipment if you have delved into raw cooking.

It's incredible and you can take any sturdy vegetable and magically turn it into angel hair pasta ready to be dressed with a homemade sauce. I make a dynamite pasta from daikon radish and marinate it in a sesame peanut sauce.
